These Patis Decor Dough Slats 3-5-10mm Aluminium Set of 6 are handy tools for rolling out dough, fondant or marzipan evenly. The set consists of six sturdy aluminium slats in three different thicknesses, allowing you to easily achieve the desired thickness.
Use the slats whilst rolling out the dough by placing them on both sides of your dough. Ideal for making biscuits, cake bases, fondant coverings and other applications where a consistent thickness is important.
The set contains two 3 mm slats for thin dough such as biscuits or thinly rolled puff pastry, two 5 mm slats for standard applications such as sugar paste or cake coverings, and two 10 mm slats for thicker or softer dough.
In addition, the slats are marked with measurements up to 40 cm, so you can also use them as a ruler for accurately measuring your dough.
