Dough rug 100x100cm
A dough rug is perfect for raising a floor loaf/stick loaf. By letting these firm loaves rise in a dough cloth, the loaves retain their shape. You also prevent the loaves drying out during the rising process when you let them rise in a dough float.
You can easily let several loaves rise next to each other in a dough float, as the loaves will not stick together thanks to the fabric of the float. Besides proofing, this dough cloth can also be used for covering batter and as a coaster for bread baskets, shelves and grills.
Material: imitation leather (skai). Advantages of this material are that the rug is washable, supple and washable (up to 60 degrees).
Use:
-Slightly dust the dough rug (the fabric side) with flour.
Place the loaves on one part of the rug.
-Lay the other part of the cloth over the loaves.
-After the rising process, tap the cloth out well and clean if necessary.
