This is the smallest panettone baking mould, for baking extra small panettones. A panettone is an Italian luxury bread with fruit. Originally from Milan, it is eaten mainly around Christmas. It is made from a soft, incompletely cooked dough containing sugar, sultanas and candied fruit. It is served in slices along with sweet hot drinks or a sweet wine. 

You can of course use the baking tin for other breads or baked goods as well.
