Pancake Maker Professional
Bake nine delicious American pancakes easily and quickly with this professional griddle. The pancake griddle is high-quality, with non-stick coating. Its compact format makes the griddle ideal for use at old-world cake stalls, markets and fairs. All pancakes are heated gradually by the aluminium baking tin. The pancake maker is easy to clean due to its stainless steel material.
How to use
1. Heat the griddle, to the desired temperature and wait until the indicator light comes on.
2. When the griddle is hot, melt a small knob of butter on the griddle. Make sure that all the pancake moulds have a small amount of butter in them, you can spread this out with a brush if necessary.
3. Using a (soup) spoon, pour some batter into the holes provided. Let the pancakes bake gently until the top is dry. Then flip them over and briefly fry the other side. The griddle also has a timer, which you can set for baking if you wish.
4. Remove the American pancakes from the griddle and then serve them (lukewarm) warm. Serve your pancakes with maple syrup, fried bacon, icing sugar, with a nice knob of butter or just without any extra additions.
