Use and care
1. Before first use and after each subsequent use, wash the mould by hand with warm water. Nordic Ware also offers a specialised cleaning brush for the mould.
2. Avoid dishwasher washing, as this can shorten the mould’s lifespan.
3. Before each use, coat the mould with oil or butter, then dust with flour. This ensures the trees release easily from the pan.
4. Feel free to experiment with different recipes and ingredients, but fill the mould no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflowing.
Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the surface.
