    A palette knife / glazing knife is perfect for icing cakes with butter cream, crème Chantilly or royal icing. The blade is made of stainless steel and has a solid beechwood handle.

    The knife is not suitable for soaking in water or cleaning in the dishwasher. Clean the knife for the first time and after every other use with warm water and soapy water.
