This smaller Bundt pan holds about 1.5 litres, making it ideal when you’re baking for a smaller crowd. It excels at everything from classic vanilla and coffee cakes to rich chocolate or marble variations.

Care and use: Before baking, hand-wash the pan with warm, soapy water, then grease it with oil or butter and dust with flour. Fill the mould no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflow. After baking, hand-wash the tin; avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, and keep it out of the dishwasher.
