Use and care: 1. Before first use and after each use, hand-wash the mould with warm water. Nordic Ware also offers a special cleaning brush for the moulds.
2. Avoid dishwasher washing, as this can shorten the mould’s lifespan.
3. Before each use, coat the tin with oil or melted butter, then dust with flour. This ensures the baked pieces release easily.
4. Feel free to experiment with various recipes and ingredients, but fill the mould no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflowing.
5. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the surface.
