Use and maintenance
Before first use and after subsequent use, hand wash with warm soapy water. Prolonged soaking is not recommended.
Bread the mould with some butter or baking spray before each use and dust with some flour or cocoa to get the figure well out of the mould.
Do not fill the pan more than 3/4, to avoid overflowing.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on the non-stick surfaces.
