Nordic Ware Classic Bread Pan/Cake Pan

Use and maintenance
1. Before first use and after subsequent use, wash the mould by hand and warm water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as this will shorten the lifespan.
3. Before each use, brush and spray the mould well with an oil or butter, then sprinkle in some flour. This way the mould will come out nicely.
4. You can vary with various recipes and ingredients. Do not fill the mould more than 3/4 full, to avoid overflowing.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on the surface.
