Use and care
1. Before using the mould for the first time and after each subsequent use, wash it by hand with warm water. Nordic Ware also offers a specialised cleaning brush to help remove stubborn residue.
2. Avoid dishwasher washing, as this can shorten the mould’s lifespan.
3. Before each use, coat the mould with oil or melted butter, then dust with flour. This will ensure that the baked pieces release easily.
4. Feel free to experiment with various recipes and ingredients, but fill the mould no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflowing.
Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the surface.
