Nordic Ware Cake Thermometer / Cake-Tester The Baking Thermometer from Nordic Ware allows you to test the doneness of your cake or pie.
How does it work? You hold the thermometer in the cake or pie for 5sec and the tip of the thermometer will turn colour. Does the cake thermometer turn blue? Then the cake is not yet done. Does the thermometer turn red? Then the cake is done and ready. Very handy tool that should not be missing in the kitchen!
This product is not dishwasher-safe. It is recommended to clean the thermometer in warm soapy water. Avoid contact with open flames.
