Use and care
1. Before first use and after each subsequent use, hand wash with warm water. Avoid dishwashers, as the high temperatures can cause discolouration that does not affect baking performance.
2. Before each use, grease with butter or oil, or line with baking paper.
3. Avoid scouring pads and metal utensils, as they may scratch the surface.
4. Aluminium reacts to the acids in certain foods, such as vinegar and tomato products. Over time, this reaction may darken, dent or corrode the pan.
