Multigrain Mix Light is a 100% mix, easy and quick to prepare into different types of bread. Multigrain Mix Light is Clean Label and does not require an E number declaration. The mix is richly filled with various seeds and grains such as sesame seeds, oat flakes, millet, sunflower seeds, linseed and lupin bits.

Procedure:
- Knead raw materials into a nice supple dough.
- Dough temperature 27 ºC.
- Weigh out and roll up.
- Bulb rise approx. 45 min.
- Lay out and decorate if necessary.
- Proofing approx. 60 min.
- Bake as floor loaf.
