Multigrain Dark Bread Mix (10 kg)
100% mix for preparing delicious dark multigrain bread, buns or crackers. The multigrain mix dark is a versatile mix including oat flakes, corn flakes, sunflower seeds, millet and linseed.
Recipe Wheat Bread:
-Pre-grain Dark mix 100%
-Gist 3%
-Water 54%
Procedure:
Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough (dough temperature 27C). Then weigh out and roll up. Rough for approx. 45min. Then top and decorate if necessary. Proofing for approx. 60 min. Bake as tin loaf.
