Recipe
500 grams of dough mix, 210 grams of butter or margarine and 40 grams of milk.
Procedure
1.Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot air oven 155°C).
2. Mix the ingredients together to form a nice batter.
3. The batter is somewhat sticky by itself, so scoop balls of ± 10 - 15 grams of batter slightly apart onto a greased baking tray or a tray with baking paper. Place the balls slightly apart, otherwise they will stick together.
4. Press the balls slightly flat and place them in a preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes and the baking tray. Then leave the biscuits to cool on a wire rack.
