Recipe
500 g sugar baking powder, 10 g protein powder and 65 ml water or 2 beaten egg whites and no water and a pinch of citric acid.
Procedure
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix for about 5 - 7 minutes until you can draw peaks and you have a nice smooth icing. Thin by adding some extra water and firm the icing by adding some extra sugar baking powder.
