About Molen de Hoop
Molen de Hoop is a tall windmill built in 1850 by H.B
Meyer and was taken over by the Pijnappel family two years later. Thus
the mill was owned by this family for many years. Since September
2014, Jan and his wife Henriëtte have run the now-growing business

Use
Rozines/currants should be left to steep for 1 to 2 days before use, i.e. put under lukewarm water for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water and put in a colander for 1 to 2 days in a cool place. Do make sure when you use them that they are at room temperature again.
