Molen de Hoop Gepofte Spelt 200g
A type of wheat, but just a little bit different, that's spelt. This airy and light spelt is created by a spelt splash. Spelt can be heated, causing the water to evaporate and the starch to melt. This process creates a delicious puffed spelt.
Spelt is high in fibre and protein and is therefore great for adding to your cottage cheese or yoghurt. You can also coat puffed spelt with a layer of chocolate to make healthier bars, chocopops or spelt cubes.
Ingredients
100% spelt (speltgluten). This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing cereals nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
