Molen de Hoop Puffed Spelt 200 g
Spelt is a variety of wheat known for its nutty flavour and easy digestibility. To create this light, airy grain, whole spelt berries are gently puffed: steam causes the moisture to evaporate and the starch to melt, resulting in tender, ready-to-use puffed spelt.

Rich in fibre and protein, it is perfect for stirring into quark or yoghurt, or for coating in chocolate to create healthier bars, chocopops or spelt cubes.

Store in a cool, dry place at 15°C.
