Molen de Hoop Low-carbohydrate Snack Cracker Mix 500 grams
Make your own delicious crackers with this mix from Molen de Hoop. The mix contains seeds, seeds, wheat, oat flakes and other high-fibre ingredients for a delicious low-carb cracker. You can eat the crackers for breakfast or lunch, but they are also excellent as a nutritious snack.
Recipe
100 grams of mix and a little water (in spray).
Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 160-170°C (hot-air oven 145°C).
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Then spray it with water.
3. Spread about 100 grams of mix evenly on the baking tray. Place so much mix on the baking sheet until it is no longer visible.
4. Spray the mix with water.
5. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
6. After baking, remove the cracker from the oven and let it cool down. Then divide the cracker into pieces.
Tip: before baking, you can divide the cracker into pieces with a met or pizza cutter.
About Molen De Hoop
Molen De Hoop is a high windmill built in 1850 by H.B Meyer and 2
years later it was taken over by the Pijnappel family. As a result, the mill
owned by this family for many years.

Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits is the miller and keeps the records,
while Maaike runs the gruttery and handles the purchasing of luxury and gift items
arranges. It's hard work, but fortunately for the family it feels more like
a hobby. Together, they make sure the mill keeps running.
Molen de Hoop supplies raw materials, such as flour and flour but
also high-quality bread mixes and cake mixes. It is therefore not surprising
that these products are very popular among hobby and home bakers who order from Baktotaal.
Ingredients
Sunflower seeds, linseed, wheatgluten, oat flakes, sesameseed (hulled), glucose syrup, wheat bran, vegetable oil (rapeseed), milk protein, barley malt flour, salt, rye sourdough, wheat starch, dextrose, yeast extract. This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing cereals, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
