Molen de Hoop Linseed 500gr
Linseed is a hard, small, drop-shaped seed that is rich in fibre and omega-3 fats. You can eat flaxseeds whole, but to maximise their nutritional values, it is better to eat them broken to ground. Flaxseeds can be a great addition to your recipe; in fact, by flaxseed you give a dish more fibre and healthier fats. It also adds a nice bite to your recipe, a win-win situation.
