Molen de Hoop Indian Spice Cake Mix 650gr
Spice cake, a delicious cake full of flavour. Make the most delicious spice cake with Molen de Hoop Indian Spice Cake Mix. You can serve the cake excellently alongside a cup of coffee/tea or during a tasty high tea. The mix contains hazelnuts, sultanas and various spices for a delectable taste.
Recipe For a 1.5 litre cake
650 grams of this mix, 350 grams (3.5 dl) of lukewarm milk and 50 grams of butter.
Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (hot-air oven 135°C).
2. Melt the butter in the milk.
3. Stir the mix and milk with butter into a smooth mixture.
4. Grease a cake tin and pour the batter into the tin.
5. Place the tin in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
If a larger baking tin is used then also use more dough.
Ingredients
Twheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts, sultanas, spices, sugar syrup, baking salt, raising agent(E450, E500), potato starch, vegetable oil (cottonseed), herbs and spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, coriander, mace, cardamom), colouring agent(E150c, E150d). This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing cereals, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
