This professional spiral mixer effortlessly kneads as much as 6kg of dough at a time. The mixing bowl has a 10-litre capacity and is suitable for making bread dough and pizza dough. The maximum amount of flour is 4kg and the maximum amount of dough is 6kg. The minimum amount of dough is 2kg. The dough hook and mixing bowl rotate separately from each other, ensuring perfect mixing of all ingredients.
Safety first!
The spiral kneader is equipped with a safety switch that prevents the motor from overheating. The mixing bowl can be safely closed with a protection bar, so that no hands and objects can enter the bowl while kneading. The dough kneader is also equipped with an overload protection, so the bowl can never be left too full.
Easy to clean
The Maxima Dough Kneader 10L Professional has a metal housing that has a durable coating. As a result, the housing is virtually impervious to scratches. Thanks to the coating, the housing stays beautiful for as long as possible! The mixing bowl and dough hook are made of stainless steel, making them easy to clean. Clean the mixing bowl and dough hook with a slightly damp cloth, water and a mild detergent.
