Mattisson Organic Linseed Oil 250ml is pressed from linseed. This oil consists solely of fatty acids and is rich in Omega 3. Linseed oil has a slightly nutty flavour and is not suitable for heating. This oil is ideal for use in salad dressings, on hummus, in yoghurt or in smoothies. Once opened, store the oil in a cool, dark place, consume within 3 months and use the product exclusively for cold applications.
