Mattisson Nutritional Yeast Flakes (with Vitamin B) 200g are made from deactivated yeast and, unlike ordinary baker’s yeast, cannot cause dough to rise. The flakes are suitable for a vegan or yeast-free diet and have a savoury, cheesy and slightly nutty flavour.
