Mattisson Carobe Powder Organic 400g can be used as a substitute for cocoa powder as well as in combination with cocoa powder. The flavour is a little caramel-like and sweet and somewhat similar to cocoa. Compared to cocoa powder, carob powder is less bitter and a lot sweeter. You can use this product in all kinds of things like biscuits, cakes and desserts. A big advantage of carobe powder is, you need less sugar when using this product for a recipe than when using cocoa powder.
