Mattisson Acai Powder Organic 125g
The Mattisson Acai Powder Organic 125g is made from the Acai berry. You might not know the Acai berry yet, this is a dark purple fruit native to the Amazon region. In the Netherlands, this fruit cannot be consumed fresh, as the berries can spoil just an hour after falling from the tree. The Acai powder is therefore an ideal alternative.... It is rich in fibre and vitamin A and is also called the 'beauty berry', as it contains a high concentration of antioxidants. The powder is perfect to use in e.g. yoghurt, smoothie bowls or as a flavouring to your baking.
