With this sturdy sugar gun from Martellato, you can press a wide variety of strings of rolling fondant or plastic (kneadable) chocolate.
The gun is made of strong aluminium and is very light to use because the pressing mechanism is driven by fine thread that you tighten with a large swivel.
The Sugar Gun comes with 20 different models of pressing plates.
