    Magic Meringue sheets A4 size (25 sheets)
    Magic Meringue Transfer sheets are unique, multi-functional sheets.
    The sheets consist of a sheet of P.E.T. on which a thin edible layer is applied. Maximum working temperature: 140C.

    With these sheets, together with a Baktotaal food printer you can transfer photo-quality prints onto many foods such as:

    • Meringue, meringues with a beautiful pattern for decoration or with a nice message;
    • Chocolate, think logo chocolates, lollipops, flicks with images, breaking chocolate with a unique design;
    • Cookies, logo biscuits, fortune cookies, anniversary biscuits;
    • Isomalt (see video);
    • Marshmallow

    Procedure:

    1. Print your design in mirror image on the sheet, if you cannot mirror it yourself, print using your printer's t-shirt transfer option.
    2. Let the sheet dry thoroughly at a temperature between 20-25 °C and a relative humidity of <50%.

    For meringue: Pipe or iron the meringue onto the sheet and dry the meringue in the oven at 120°C. Remove the sheet after the meringues have cooled. For best results, we recommend using Swiss meringue.

    For chocolate: Bring the WHITE chocolate to temperature and heat to 32°C. Brush the chocolate onto the sheet and cool the chocolate well. Then remove the sheet.

    For biscuits: Make a 1-2-3 dough (1 part icing sugar, 2 parts (white) butter, 3 parts patent flour, 50 g egg white (to 500 g icing sugar and a pinch of salt). Let the dough stiffen for an hour in the fridge, roll it out (+/- 4 mm) and heat the surface with a hairdryer until it starts to "sweat" slightly and press the sheet firmly onto it. Roll the sheet firmly with a rubber or foam roller so that the air bubbles disappear. Place in the freezer for at least an hour and pull the sheet off immediately after removing the dough from the freezer. Then cut or punch out the desired shapes and bake the biscuits in a not-too-hot oven (+/- 24 minutes at a temperature of 160°C.) until the biscuits are cooked.

    Ingredients: modified starch (E1422, E1412), white sugar, cocoa butter, stabilisers (E414, E460i), emulsifier (E435, E322), wetting agent (E422), flavourings, colouring (E170). Product is Kosher.
