Koopmans Prof American Pancakes 1kg Complete mix for delicious American Pancakes from the Koopmans brand. The mix is free-range egg-based, only water needs to be added. The mix is according to authentic American recipe and has an extra quick cooking. The thick batter makes delicious airy thick pancakes and can be baked without a ring in the pan or on the plate.
The American Pancakes are very suitable for the (breakfast) buffet and can be kept warm for up to 90 minutes in a chafing dish. Also very suitable for preparation with additional ingredients such as chocolate chips, apple sultanas or blueberries.
Preparation: Stir the mix with water to a smooth batter. Dosage: mix 1000g, water 1000ml. Grease the baking tray or pan with oil. Pour a round of the batter onto the plate or pan. Bake the pancake on medium-high heat. Turn the pancake over after a few minutes, before the top is completely dry. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, syrup or icing sugar.
