Koopmans Mushroom Cakes Mix 220g
Baking these cakes with your kids, or alone, is a great party. With this mix, you can bake delicious cakes and then decorate them like the red and white dots mushrooms that the gnomes love so much. This pack contains cake mix, icing mix, baking tins and decoration. Great as a treat or just as a snack.

Recipe: 2 eggs, 50g buttercream and 1 tablespoon water

Method of preparation
Remove the baking tray from the oven and preheat the oven to 180°C. Using the mixer, beat the butter until soft and creamy in a batter bowl. Add the cake mix and eggs all at once. Mix on the lowest setting for half a minute to a smooth batter (do not beat lightly). Place the 13 baking tins on the baking tray, making sure they are sufficiently spaced (3-5 cm). Divide the batter among the tins using 2 small tablespoons. Make sure the batter stays under the rim (5 mm) of the baking tin. Place the baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake the cakes for 13-18 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Let them cool outside the oven. Put the icing mix and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl and stir to make a smooth and firm icing. Using the back of a tablespoon, brush a cake with the icing and immediately afterwards place the white dots on the icing to create pretty mushrooms. Bon appetit!

Ingredients glaze mix: sugar, MELKSUIKER, modified starch, maltodextrin, colouring foodstuff (red beet concentrate), colouring agents (carotenes, riboflavin), natural vanilla flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid).
