Blossoms fall straight from the tree onto your work surface when you use this lifelike detailed mould from Katy Sue. You'll make perfect blossoms from the likes of cherries, apples, plums and peaches. A finely detailed design means you'll have perfect results every time.

You can easily use the mould with modelling, paste, chocolate, candy, marzipan, boiled sugar or fondant. The mould can also be used for craft projects, you can use it for cold porcelain, salt dough, clay and embossing powder. It is wise to use the mould for either food or non-food products, not both.

Use instructions
Before use, the mould should be washed and dried first. After washing and drying, the product you want to work with can be pressed into the figure, remove the excess product so that the sides are visible again. Then turn the mould over and carefully remove the figure from the mould. Does your product get stuck in the mould? Try powdering the mould with maïzena, this will prevent the product from sticking.
