This Katy Sue mold is of high quality. This flexible silicone mould can be filled with marzipan, chocolate, fondant, ice cream, gum paste, candy, butter, royal icing, clay, pastillage, isomalt, pulled sugar, marzipan, chocolate, gelatine and soap for making beautiful and original figures.
Losing:
The figure releases best if it is placed briefly in the fridge or freezer.
Cleaning:
For cleaning, it is best to soak the mould in warm soapy water and then let it dry or dab it dry with a piece of paper. Do not use fabric cloths when drying due to fibres remaining in the mould.
Eventually, the mould is also dishwasher-safe, but is not recommended for long-term preservation of the mould.
