Katy Sue Mold Cake System Rose Garland
The Katy Sue Mold Creative Cake System was developed in collaboration with cake designer and international teacher Ceri Griffiths. This mould allows you to create beautiful rose decorations, perfect for decoration on a wedding cake.
The mould is easy to use and can be used with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy or boiled sugar.
We recommend using the mould for food products only.
Use instructions: Press the fondant into the mould and remove excess fondant so that the edges become visible. Turn the mould over and carefully remove the figure. If necessary, powder the mould with maïzena beforehand to get the fondant out of the mould easily.
Before use, wash and dry the mould. The mould is oven-safe (up to 200°C/392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
