Katy Sue Maple Leaf Mould
This versatile Katy Sue mould makes it easy to create realistic maple leaves in a range of sizes. The detailed texture pairs beautifully with sugar flowers, making it ideal for autumn-themed cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
The mould is simple to use and works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts or boiled sugar.
For best results, use the mould with food products only.
To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, trim away any excess, then gently release the shape. For smoother results, dust the mould with cornflour before filling.
Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
