The Karow Dye Turmeric Extract 500g gives a yellow colour to various foods. The yellow colour and the recommended dosage depends on the foodstuff. For example, gelatine products take on a light yellow colour at: 1-2g: 1000g. Another example is buttercream, which takes on a light yellow colour with a warm hue at: 4-6g: 1000g.
