Karo Ligth Corn Syrop | Corn Syrup
The Karo brand corn syrup (with real vanilla) is a liquid natural sweetener. Corn syrup is also called corn syrup, corn syrup, mulyeot or glucose syrup. You can compare it in structure to honey (thick and slow). The flavour of corn syrup is a less sweet version of sugar water. It also does not have a strong maize flavour. Corn syrup does not crystallise, it keeps products liquid, gives them volume and has a nice gloss effect. Of course, it also gives a nice flavour.
What is Karo Corn Syrup used for
It is mainly used to add flavour to cakes/cupcakes/cakes (it is a sweetener) and increase lightness. An additional advantage of using corn syrup is that the products can be kept longer.
It can also be used for making your own chocolate and (rolling) fondant.
