Irca Pastry Cream Powder (Top Cream) 1kg
Mix for yellow cream/custard, cold preparation from Italian brand Irca . Good base (bake and freeze stable) and easy to customise to your own style/taste.
Recipe:
Add mix to water (or milk), whisk well and leave to rest for a few minutes. The ideal ratio is 400-450 grams of Top Cream with 1000 grams/1 litre of water and 350-400 grams of Top Cream with 1000 grams/1 litre of milk.
Ingrediënten: sugar, starch, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, thickener: E407, preservative: E202, flavours, colours: bètacarotene and curcumin. May contain Eggs and SOYA.
