Mix for authentic Italian Panna Cotta from the Italian brand Irca.
Recipe:
130g Panna Cotta Mix
500g whole milk
500g whipped cream
Cook the milk in a pan and add the Panna Cotta Mix. Mix well with a whisk or mixer to avoid lumpiness. Add the whipped cream and mix into the mix.
Pour the creamy mixture into, for example, a silicone mould, transparent glasses or a steel mould and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Take the Panna Cotta out of the mould afterwards and finish with a topping of your choice (mirror Caramel) if desired.
Tip: If you want a thicker texture, use 150g of mix instead of 130g.
