Meringue powder from the Italian brand Irca.

Recipe: mix 1kg Top Merenque with 500-700g lukewarm water and mix for about 6/7 minutes on high speed until the right texture. For nice airy meringue foam, bake the mixture for 4 hours at 80-100°C in the oven.

Ingrediënten: sugar, maltodextrins, powdered egg white (7.5%), thickener E401. The product may contain GRANTS THAT CONTAIN GLUTEN, Soybeans, MILK, NUTS AND SULFETTEES.
