Irca Creme Caramel Mix 1kg
Mix for a delicious authentic Italian creme caramel (from Italian brand Irca).
Recipe:
Mix 200 grams of Creme Caramel mix with 200 grams of milk in a pan until smooth. Then add 800 grams of milk until it reaches boiling point and keep stirring well. Then pour the mixture into heat-resistant moulds/shapes and leave to chill back in the fridge for 1 hour.
Ingrediënten: sugar, starch, gelling agent: carrageenan (E407), flavourings, salt, colour bèta-carotene. The product may contain SOJA and MILK.
