Irca Creme Brulee Mix 1kg
Mix for a delicious authentic Italian creme brulee (from Italian brand Irca).
Recipe:
70 grams of the Creme Brulee mix with 100 grams of milk mix in a pan until smooth. Then add another 150 grams of milk and 200 grams of cream until it reaches boiling point and keep stirring well. Then pour the mixture into heat-resistant moulds/shapes and leave to chill back in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, add the brown sugar and heat to caramelise.
Ingrediënten: sugar, starch, gelling agent: carrageenan (E407), natural flavouring, colour bèta-carotene. Product may contain traces of SOJA AND MILK.
