Irca Chocolate Mousse White mix 1kg
Mix for a delicious Italian white chocolate mousse from Italian brand Irca.
Recipe:
1kg Chocolate Mousse White mix mix with 1.25 litres of milk and mix for 5 minutes on high speed with a whisk. When it is a mass pour the mixture into the moulds and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Ingrediënten: white chocolate 63% (sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, flavouring.), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), emulsifier: E472a, milk proteins. May contain traces of SOJA.
