    Irca Cocoa Powder Moistureproof (HappyCacao) 1kg
    HappyCacao mix from Italian brand Irca. Moistureproof cocoa powder for covering and decorating cakes or desserts. It does not dissolve in surface moisture and does not absorb fats. It retains the cacao powder colour and powdery look over time and is freeze stable. Very suitable for tiramisu.

    Ingredients: cacao powder (20-22% cacao butter), dextrose, wheat starch, sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), vanillin. May contain traces of eggs, soya, milk, nuts and sulphites.
