    Irca Bavaroise/Mousse Mix Pure Chocolate (Lilly) 1kg
    Lilly bavaroise/mousse mix from the Italian brand Irca. It is a powder mix with pure chocolate, specially designed for making cold mousses, bavarois and chilled desserts. It can also be used to stabilise and thicken fresh liquid cream when whipped. Quick and easy to use in cold processes, it is an excellent substitute for gelatine sheets. The product is freeze-stable and produces clean/clear cutting results.

    Recipe: Mix 200 grams of Lilly powder with 300 grams of water/milk and 1 litre of cream. Pour the mixture into moulds and chill the product for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or 40 minutes in the freezer.
