Temperatures can be read in either °F or °C, with 0.1° resolution from -19.9° to +199.9° and 1° resolution outside this range. Accuracy is ±1 °C from -30 °C to +250 °C, and ±2 °C outside this range. Lock mode lets you track temperatures continuously, while the Min/Max function records the highest and lowest readings for reference.
