The homemade pasta can be up to 17 cm wide and the thickness is adjustable. You can achieve the right thickness in 7 steps, the settings range from 0.2 to 2.5 mm. The machine has three rollers/cutters: a rolling pin, a tagliatelle cutter (6.25mm) and a fettuccine cutter (2mm).
