    Its single-walled construction is ideal for heating mulled wine, boiling water for tea, or melting chocolate for baking. Boiling times are approximately 23 minutes for 9 L (209882) and 52 minutes for 18 L (209899), reaching a final temperature of 94–99 °C. Boil-dry protection ensures safety, and the smooth stainless-steel interior makes it ideal for heating hot chocolate, as well as for melting and tempering chocolate for baking and confectionery work.
