Hendi Bain-Marie Pan 1L
Beautiful double-walled bain-marie pan. This pan has a reservoir for water and a solid handle that does not get hot. By filling the reservoir with water and putting the pan on the heat, the chocolate melts au bain-marie.
Especially with milk and white chocolate, take care not to "burn" it, causing it to become grainy. Make sure the water does not boil and stir, preferably with a pan scraper, the melted chocolate from the wall through the mass until the desired temperature (45°C) is reached.
This Bain-Marie is for the first time used to melt the chocolate.
This Bain-Marie pan is suitable for use on the following heat sources: Gas, Electric, Ceramic and Induction.
